STOTT PILATES® Intensive Program

The STOTT PILATES® Intensive Program (Level 1) is intended for those already working in the fields of fitness or movement, or who have completed the Functional Anatomy course and meet the Pilates class requirements. The focus is on expanding the student's current knowledge while delivering complete instruction in STOTT PILATES principles and Essential and Intermediate exercises in a fast-paced format.

Intensive Mat Plus (IMP

40 hours of instruction

This course provides you with a solid foundation and skill set upon which to develop highly effective and motivating Pilates group and personal training programs. You will learn to design and teach essential and intermediate level mat-based classes, integrating the small Arc Barrel, Fitness Circle®, and Flex-Band® for variety and challenge to meet the needs of a range of clients.
 

 Intensive Reformer (IR)®

50 hours of instruction

This course prepares you to teach a broad range of exercises, variations and modifications on the Reformer—the key piece of resistance equipment used in Pilates-based exercise. Upon completion, you will be qualified to design and teach essential and intermediate level group and personal training exercises using a variety of verbal, visual and tactile cueing techniques.
 
Intensive Cadillac (ICAD)
60 hours of instruction

ICAD prepares you to teach Level 1 (Essential and Intermediate) exercises on the Cadillac. By the end of this course you will be able to fine-tune personal and circuit training programs to meet a variety of clients’ conditioning goals with 125 exercises on the Cadillac Trapeze Table.
 
Intensive Barrels (IBRL)
30 hours of instruction 
 
IBRL prepares you to teach Level 1 (Essential and Intermediate) exercises on the Barrels. By the end of this course you will be able to fine-tune personal and circuit training programs to meet a variety of clients’ conditioning goals with 98 exercises on the Ladder Barrel, Spine Corrector and Arc Barrel.
 
Intensive Chair (ICHR)

40 hours of instruction

Get back to basics with the Pilates chair! One of the first pieces of Pilates equipment developed by Joseph Pilates, it's one of the most adaptable tools in your Pilates toolkit. Learn how to incorporate the Pilates chair into your training with over 63 different exercise categories on the chair focusing on core strength, leg strength, shoulder girdle stability, mobility and strength and functional movements such as standing, climbing, pushing and lifting.
