Meet Travis

Travis began his pilates journey as a professional training student at the Sweatshop. However, his previous education in dance and Massage Therapy gives him a unique understanding of anatomy and movement. Currently, Travis teaches Total Barre, Stretch, and Mat classes, as well as private reformer and small group training. Travis focuses on targeting specific muscles and working through tough habitual patterns that might be holding you back from reaching the next step in your fitness goals. He enjoys working with injuries and rehabilitation, as well as progressing athletes to a higher performance level.
