SweatShop introductory packages include everything you need to start your path to improved health and fitness. 

If you are new to training and need to focus on an injury, problem, or pain, you can start with three 25-minute sessions with a Level IV trainer. Our Level IV trainers and PTs have expertise with injuries – both rehab and prevention – and will work with you to find exercise solutions and get you back on track.

Three private sessions, tailored to your needs.

Address specific issues or injuries with a Level 4 trainers or PT in 3 private, 25-minute sessions.

Learn Pilates and fitness exercises tailored to your needs and abilities.
