Our 4 week, 8 session indoor cycling program may be just the ticket! This program is suitable for first-time spinners or seasoned cyclists who want a low-impact activity with a high-calorie burn. Heart Rate Training included.

•Wednesdays, 7:00-8:00pm and Sundays, 11:30am-12:30pm
