
This unique 2-week, 8 session SBT BootCamp is 45-minutes of high intensity, short duration intervals of TRX, Kettlebell, and BOSU with a Yoga finish. Perfect for winter’s evenings.
This SBT BootCamp is for members and non-members alike, who want boot camp results without the early morning reveille and want to achieve their health and fitness goals with accountability, extra motivation, and camaraderie.
The SBT BootCamp also includes a 30-minute private training session to learn the Basics of TRX and Ketttlebell. The private session is scheduled when pre-registration is complete, so register as soon as possible.
