
Run/Walk XT continues in January and February as Coach/trainer Sheri Aggarwal leads six Thursday indoor cross-training workouts specifically for Runners/Walkers using equipment like the foam roller, BOSU, stability ball, or the TRX for strength, balance, and flexibility training, then takes it outside with six outdoor runs on Saturdays AND you will still get a personalized training plan!
