Join our 4 session golf-specific Pilates Camp for the "Off Season" because Pilates is the best secret weapon to improve your game.

Don’t get us wrong—we can’t teach you to play golf. But we CAN teach you to move, strengthen, and stabilize your body to improve your game. The more mobility with stability, the further the ball goes. Sound simple? Good mobility and stability throughout the entire shoulder girdle (thoracic spine, scapula, humeral joint), full range of motion in the ankle joint (plantar/dorsiflexion) as well as good alignment of the hip/knee/ankle all contribute to better control of the backswing and follow through. The stronger your core, and the more mobile and stable your lumbar spine, the more powerful your swing will be. When it comes to golf, your wrists, forearms, and neck must be mobile, strong, and stable. Our “Pilates on the Green” workout is just one of STOTT PILATES® latest “sports specific” Pilates workouts to address the needs of golfers. We don’t take kindly to gender stereotyping, but men in particular find the workout effectively addresses flexibility issues.

This 4 session Pilates golf camp is offered on:
•Mondays and Wednesdays, April 11, 13, 18, & 20 at 7pm
