
SBT BASICS teaches you the basics of safety, form, and technique for TRX, Kettlebell, and Cardio Tramp, the main components in our Short Burst Training (SBT) program. Upon completion, you'll be prepared to take TRX 25, KB 25, CT 25 workouts and you'll get the low down on Power Bar 25, Power Ball 25, and Power Props.
