
SweatShop BootCamp is for members and non-members alike, who:
•want to get summer-ready
•want to jump start their metabolism
•want to go to the next fitness level – whatever that is – from off the couch to Warrior Dash!
•want/need accountability, extra motivation, camaraderie
Our BootCamp is a 2 week, 10 session group training that:
•meets Monday- Friday, June 13–24, 2011 from 6:00-7:00am
•grants you access to the gym and fitness classes during BootCamp training
•includes:2 week Basics membership to use the 2 weeks following BootCamp OR to give to a friend or family member to increase your fitness community.
•$325 for non-members; 50% discount for Power GT members; 20% discount for Basics and Pilates Plus members. Receive $50 off, if you sign up with a friend!
