Calling All Runners and Walkers at ANY Fitness Level to...

...join the SweatShop Run/Walk Club! The Summer Club has 12 outdoor trainings to prepare you for Twin Cities 1 Mile Race and Notes for Cliff 5K at Fort Snelling State Park.

If you like to Run OR Walk, our multi-level group enjoys the camaraderie of walking and running on trails around the cities together. Plus, our incredible certified trainer/coach, Sheri Aggarwal, provides personalized coaching on everything from stretching and flexibility to injury prevention and more. This great community of support is like no other you’ve experienced.

•Never raced before? No problem, no experience is needed. Finish a 5k in 6 weeks of training. Whether you walk or run, we can get you to the finish line by race day.
•You’ve done a 5k already? Train to improve your race time. It’s hard to do speed workouts on your own. Group camaraderie makes them fun!
•Want to go farther? Complete a 10k. If you have recently run a 5k, you could be ready for a 10k by race day.

RUN/WALK CLUB SUMMER TRAINING:
•May 3-June 16 (No formal meeting 5/26 Memorial Day Weekend)
•Thursdays 5:30-6:30pm pm and Saturdays 9:00-10:00am
•12 outdoor Run/Walk workouts to prepare for Twin Cities 1 Mile Race and Notes for Cliff 5K at Fort Snelling State Park.
•Pre-registered cost is $125 for non-members; 25% discounts for SweatShop members.

INFO SESSIONS:
•Sunday, April 15, 11am
•Thursday, April 26, 7pm

Weekly sessions will include:
•Two weekly group Run or Walk workouts from the SweatShop or out in the area parks and homework for your training program – There’s no pressure and you can go at your own pace with others of similar speed.
•Certified Personal Trainer as your coach
•Personalized training plans
•Coaching on warming up, stretching, flexibility, clothing and footwear, gait training, injury prevention, and much more!
•A great community of support!
