Shorter workouts in general are catapulting even the most hardened couch potatoes to a new level of goal achievements. From athletic performance to Zoomer goals to stave off mid-age slumps and bumps, SweatShoppers have found that bite size chunks of training in 25 minutes of TRX (suspension strength training); Kettlebell (the original core training); Cardio Tramp (cardio and strength training on reformers using vertical mini trampolines); and much more, makes high-level fitness reachable.
Once you have taken SBT Basics or a private session, you may choose from scheduled TRX group trainings.
Increase strength, endurance, agility and balance while challenging both the muscular and cardiovascular systems with dynamic movements. Kettlebells are safe and effective with proper technique and regular use. Most women start with 8–12 kilos and men start with 12–16 kilos and progress up quickly. KB25 is part of the SBT menu and requires that all participants have completed: 1) Beginner program at SweatShop or elsewhere OR 2) SBT Basics at SweatShop OR 3) Private session with a SweatShop Kettlebell Trainer.
SBT sessions are available in singles or 10-session packages with 120-day expirations. Once you've purchased a package, you can book out 2 weeks and up to 60 days in advance with a membership via SweatShop ONLINE BOOKING.
