General Fitness Classes
The SweatShop offers a wide range of class formats. Classes are offered for those early am power people that get it down and get out to the midday crowd that needs a recharge to the Whew! Hard day at the office gang. Classes are intended for all levels and are designed for “drop ins” and regulars.

Pilates Classes
As the STOTT PILATES® licensed training center for Minnesota, we balance our nearly two decades of experience with our cutting edge reputation for one of the best Pilates staff in the country. There are several paths to Pilates and many choose our Beginning Mat Pilates Program for beginners, a six-week course that emphasizes “neutral spine, pelvic alignment and core stability.” Get these fundamentals under your belt and you can move on up to intermediate/advanced mat and small equipment classes. Reformer classes are the goal for many. Qualify and book online for our daily group reformer formats. Our professional STOTT PILATES® trained and certified instructors lead you through exercises to help increase strength, flexibility and balance and get you to your goal from basic Pilates skill, to enhancing athletic performance or post rehab-ing an injury.

Special Programs
The Sweatshop’s Special Programs are so out in front that the average citizen may think you are speaking a foreign language and in some cases you will be with these programs. Our brainy approach is a new twist on Russian Kettlebell and a spinal twist in the very hip Gyrokinesis. The classes may change seasonally and are open to the public. Member rates apply for No Sweats and they're FREE to PLUS members with advance registration.
